How to Spa

Reservation

For bookings please contact our therapist directly at the Chill Spa.
For non-hotel guest advance bookings we require a 50% deposit of the treatment’s total cost which can be be paid at our reception desk.

Arriving time

To make the most of your spa experience, please arrive at least 10 minutes before your appointment

Late arrival

Arriving late will limit the time of your treatment. Your treatment will end on time so that the next guest will not be delayed.

Clothing

There is no need to bring or wear any special clothing, as spa wear is provided with your treatment.

Preparing for your treatment

For ladies, no preparation is necessary, turn up and enjoy!
For men, we recommend shaving prior to having a facial treatment

Cancellation & No Show

We request that you cancel your reservation at least four hours before your appointment time.
In case of no show we will charge 50% of the treatment’s total cost.
